The C2 Event Venue & Conference Center is the anchor of an entertainment, lodging and upcoming bar & dining destination in the historic Smoketown neighborhood of Louisville. Our 15,000 square foot facility was created from the ground up to host a variety of events including concerts, fundraisers, business meetings, parties, weddings and other business & social events.
The C2 Event Venue is a state-of-the-art facility that has the flexibility to meet your event needs. There are 3 meeting areas available for rental: 1) The Main Stage Auditorium is used for our largest events with a capacity of 800 people standing or 450 people seated; 2) our upstairs balcony can be used for networking, social gatherings, vendors and breakout sessions with a capacity of 215 people standing or 125 people seated, 3) and Studio B is used for smaller events with a capacity of 424 people standing or 150 people seated.
The total capacity of the C2 Event Venue is 1,500 visitors. In addition, our expansive grounds allow for a "tent city creation" for outdoor events including outdoor concerts, parties, festivals and other social gatherings.
EVENT SERVICES & TECHNOLOGY
A variety of services are available which are designed to enhance and augment your event. Audio/Video services include two 16x10 jumbotron screens, audio system with wireless microphones, lighting, internet access, videography, photography and live streaming services. Projection screens, additional lighting and a larger audio footprint is available upon request.
Bar/Beverage Service is available in every rental room and a Catering Prep Kitchen is available to assist your catering requirements.
