Allow our team to assist you in making sure you have the right equipment and technology to make your event a success. There are 6 areas of service that is available to you: 1) Video equipment, 2) Audio Equipment, 3) Computer Equipment, 4) Presentation Equipment, 5) Bar/Beverage Service and 6) Catering Support.

Bar and Beverage Service
The C2 Event Venue and Conference Center provides beverage and bar service for all of your events. While clients can make specific beverage and liquor requests, clients can not bring their own alcoholic beverages on property or provide services to their guests. Water, juices, coke products and well and premium liquor products are available for all events. Bar service is a minimum 3-hour requirement and includes a bartender and busser (the number of bartenders and bussers are determined by the size of your event). Servers are extra. Cash bar or open bar packages are available. Please inquire if you are interested in our open bar packages.
Catering Kitchen Support
The C2 Event Venue and Conference Center does not provide catering service. However, you may use one of our approved vendors or you may elect to use a vendor of your choice. All catering vendors must carry liability insurance, enter into a service contract with the C2 and pay a facility fee for use of the catering kitchen. Our kitchen provides two prep tables, commercial refrigerator, dual ice machines, three compartment sink and electrical outlets for your use. Please have your catering vendor reach out to our team to learn the requirements for use of our facility.

For all cash, checks or cashier check payments, please download and fill out this method of payment form. You may pay in person or send payment via email to the address listed on the payment form.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
All credit card event payments not completed in person must have a credit card authorization form on file. Please make a copy (front and back) of your driver's license. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Note: A credit card authorization form is required to remain on file for any incidental costs (including damages) that may arise prior to or during your contracted event.
