Update on the COVID-19 state requirements as they relate to March & April 2020 Events.
Based on the CDC guidelines and the mandate handed down by the State of Kentucky Governor's Office, all events scheduled for the C2 Event Venue and Conference Center in March and April have been postponed to a future date.
What does that mean if you have an outstanding contract?
“We want everyone to know that your contracts and deposit payments are still applicable to your new event date. Please contact your contract administrator for details.”
We know that this will create a difficult time for your attendees, guest speakers and the hard work you have done to prepare for your event. We want you to know that you can still plan with confidence. Let us know your new date or call us to ask if your new date is available for booking. Once a new date is established, we will move your contract and all associated payments to the new date. If you requested any third-party services through us, we will work with those vendors to make sure they are aware of your new event date. Can I still plan a contract for May or June?
Most definitely. While events in May or June are still in flux at this time due to the state mandate, you can still schedule a tour of the facility, make a deposit payment and enter into a new contract so that you can lock in your chosen date.
